Rights of Light | Daylight & Sunlight

Our Daylight & Sunlight team advises on the impact of development on natural light, supporting clients through planning with clear, evidence-based assessments. Working on a wide range of projects, from small-scale schemes to major developments, the team combines technical expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach. We’re always interested in hearing from individuals who are analytical, detail-oriented, and keen to develop their skills in a collaborative environment.

Wind

Our Wind team delivers specialist analysis to help shape comfortable, safe, and sustainable built environments. Using advanced modelling techniques, we assess wind microclimates and provide practical design advice across a diverse portfolio of projects. We welcome speculative applications from those with strong technical skills, curiosity, and an interest in solving complex environmental challenges as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters

Our Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters team provides clear, pragmatic advice to help manage risk and maintain positive relationships between neighbours during construction. Acting for building owners and adjoining owners alike, the team is known for its professional, balanced approach. We’re keen to hear from individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in property, construction, and dispute resolution.
