We are a Founding Partner of the Mayor’s Fund for London campaign, Firm Foundations. Launched in 2021, the campaign set out to level the playing field for young Londoners by partnering with the built environment. This led to us joining Access Aspiration, which connects young people from low-income and under-represented backgrounds with employers in London to provide more career visibility.
As part of the London-wide initiative, we have participated in mock interviews, a design challenge competition, business insight days, and a work experience programme. We learn a lot from the students and enjoy seeing them explore our industry and connect their chosen A-level subjects to what we do.
