GIA welcomes Tony Grant to lead Dublin Office and strengthen presence in Ireland

GIA is delighted to announce the appointment of Tony Grant as Director to spearhead the firm’s Dublin office and contribute to the expansion of its footprint in Ireland, in particular the building surveying arm.

Tony, a seasoned chartered surveyor, brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having spent 10 years at Hollis, where he played a pivotal role in business development, client relationship management and project delivery for all aspects of building surveying in Ireland.

GIA Board Director, Kevin Francis, expressed enthusiasm about the strategic addition to the team, saying:

“As recognised leaders in rights of light and daylight and sunlight, we are now ready to propel the building surveying arm of our business and having someone of Tony’s calibre join us from Hollis will undoubtedly help us take it to the next level.”

Tony Grant shared his excitement about the new challenge at GIA, saying,

“I am thrilled to join GIA and eagerly look forward to building on their already established brand.  2024 promises mixed fortunes for property owners and opportunities for investors; being a strategic partner and building consultant positions us to assist clients in maximising value, regardless of where they find themselves in the property cycle.”

GIA looks forward to leveraging Tony Grant’s expertise to reinforce its commitment to delivering first class building surveying services and fostering continued growth in the Irish market.
