Kevin specialises in providing customised strategies and advisory services related to Rights of Light and Daylight & Sunlight and has played a pivotal role in GIA’s expansion into the Irish market. He established the company’s first Irish office in Belfast in 2019, and subsequently opened a second office in Dublin in 2022. Kevin continues to lead the efforts to showcase and expand GIA’s service portfolio in Ireland, while maintaining a vital role in the company’s operations in the UK. Notable projects he has worked on include 100 Leadenhall St and Bankside Yards in London, Central Mental Hospital SHD and Glass Bottle Site in Dublin, and the Northern Ireland Department for Economy Solar PV research study. Kevin has an LLB (Hons) Law Degree from Queens University Belfast.
