The Irish Construction Industry Awards celebrate the best of Ireland’s construction sector each year, and we’re thrilled that Nicola Harrison has been shortlisted for the 2024 Women in Construction Award.
This award recognises the exceptional achievements of women who have made significant contributions to the construction industry. The judges look for women who have demonstrated leadership, innovation, and excellence in their roles, and who have broken down barriers to pave the way for future opportunities for women in the sector.
Nicola joined GIA in April 2024 as a Senior Associate Director in our Dublin office. Nicola’s expertise includes advising on technical due diligence for commercial property acquisitions and sales, overseeing development projects, contract administration, negotiating dilapidations settlements, and providing asset management guidance.
Nicola is also a champion for equal opportunities, women in real estate, and the development of the next generation in the sector.
The 2024 Awards take place on Thursday 7 November at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre. Congratulations to everyone who has been shortlisted and we look forward to celebrating with you on the night.
