Introducing Graham Coulthard, GIA’s new Building Consultancy Partner in Manchester

Graham Coulthard has joined GIA Chartered Surveyors in the Manchester office to assist the growth of the Building Consultancy team in the North. Graham will principally focus on expanding the Contract Administration, Contract Practice and Project Management service lines.

Graham has a wealth of Building & Project Consultancy experience and joins GIA from national consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton, where was previously Team Director overseeing schemes and developments, including:

  • Middlewood Locks, Salford for The Scarborough Group
  • Manchester Airport and World Freight Terminal
  • Springs Shopping Centre, Buxton and Guildhall Shopping Centre, Stafford
  • LPA Receiver work
  • ESG refurbishments and retro-fits
  • Due diligence and business relocation assistance & planning for local, national & global occupiers
