We’re delighted to announce that GIA has won Consultancy of the Year at the Insider’s South West Property Awards 2026.
Now in its 19th year, the awards celebrate the people, businesses and organisations shaping the South West’s commercial property landscape across design, development, funding, construction and management.
The judges recognised GIA’s “excellent year of providing vital support and insight to complex projects across the region”, highlighting our technical ability and bespoke approach to delivering value for clients.
The award reflects the breadth and impact of the work our team has delivered over the past year, working closely with clients and partners to help unlock opportunities, navigate complex challenges and support growth, investment and transformation across the South West.
We’re incredibly proud to have our team and the work we do recognised by the region’s property industry, and would like to thank our clients, partners and colleagues for their continued support.
If you’d like to discuss how we can support your next project in the South West, please get in touch with Fahimeh Soltani.
