GIA is pleased to announce 8 promotions across the business including 1 senior team member to Director.
These promotions, across both our fee-earning and operations teams, demonstrate the strength and depth of talent within GIA. They mark an exciting step in our growth journey, reinforcing our ability to deliver innovative, practical solutions for the built environment.
Meet our new Director, Nicola Hynes
Nicola is Head of Building Surveying at GIA, with extensive experience in technical due diligence for commercial property acquisitions and sales, overseeing development projects, contract administration, negotiating dilapidation settlements, and providing asset management advice.
Nicola joined GIA in April 2024 as a Senior Associate Director in our Dublin office before relocating to London in September 2025.
Beyond her technical expertise, Nicola is a strong advocate for equal opportunities, the advancement of women in real estate, and supporting the next generation entering the sector.
