Sam is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, specialising in Rights of Light, Daylight & Sunlight and Dilapidations, including expert witness work. Having led the Manchester office for the last eight years, he is now GIA’s Chief Executive Officer, focused on a national growth strategy that emphasises GIA’s multidisciplinary services and digital innovation. Throughout his career, Sam has contributed to the development of many UK cities, notably the Great Jackson Street Masterplan and Northern Gateway in Manchester, Cardiff’s Curran Embankment, and Aire Park in Leeds.
