We are excited to announce the launch of our Graduate Scheme 2024, tailored for the visionaries and leaders of tomorrow in the property sector. This comprehensive programme promises thorough training, outstanding career prospects, and a competitive compensation package to kickstart your professional journey.
What to Expect
Participants in the GIA Graduate Scheme will dive into a dynamic learning environment, gaining hands-on experience through a variety of tasks while benefiting from internal training sessions. For those in certain disciplines, for example building surveying, the scheme offers the opportunity to work towards achieving the RICS APC accreditation.
Each graduate will be paired with a dedicated mentor to guide their progress, complemented by coaching sessions and active involvement in our ongoing projects. Upon successful completion of the two-year programme, graduates will be considered for positions across the company that best match their expertise, strengths, and career aspirations.
We are offering roles in Dublin, London, and Manchester for this year’s Graduate Scheme. Interested candidates are invited to complete the brief application form, specifying their preferred office location and uploading their CV and cover letter.
The closing date for applications is Sunday 2 June 2024. Successful candidates will be invited to an assessment day in London on Thursday, 27th June.
