We are proud to announce that Heather Aspinall has been shortlisted for the North West PROPS Awards 2026, in the Rising Star category.
The nomination recognises Heather’s impressive contribution to GIA and her growing reputation within the property and built environment industry.
As a Surveyor specialising in Daylight, Sunlight and Rights of Light, Heather provides expert design input, technical reporting and strategic advice across a diverse portfolio of projects. Working closely with architects, planners and clients, she plays an important role in helping design teams achieve compliant, well-considered outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on architectural quality.
Although one of the younger members of the GIA team, Heather is distinguished not by her age but by her professionalism, maturity and drive. Her diligence and commitment have made her a highly valued member of the business, while her enthusiasm for learning and developing her expertise continues to set her apart.
