Michael is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and Head of GIA’s Manchester office. He has extensive expertise in commercial building surveying, including dilapidations, technical due diligence, and contract administration. Specialising in Rights of Light, Daylight & Sunlight, and Environmental Impact Assessments, Michael offers commercially focused and pragmatic advice to developers nationwide. In recognition of his work, Michael was awarded Property Professional of the Year at the Made in Manchester Awards in 2019. He regularly hosts presentations and CPDs for developers, architects, planning consultants, and project managers.
