Simone is the Chief Services Officer at GIA, where he oversees the development and delivery of exceptional client services and operational excellence. With over 15 years of industry experience, Simone has a proven track record of enhancing service offerings and driving client satisfaction.

He graduated from Central Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design with a degree in Spatial Design and earned a distinction for his MSc at London Metropolitan University in Architecture, Energy, and Sustainability. Simone established the then Daylight & Solar Design Department at GIA to help architects and developers optimise the use of daylight and sunlight during the design stages of projects.

He has contributed to some of London’s leading developments, including 20 Fenchurch Street, Battersea Power Station, Wood Wharf, and 22 Bishopsgate. In collaboration with London First, Simone co-authored the research report “Guiding Light: Unlocking London’s Residential Density,” which advocates for a contextual approach to building density by considering daylight and sunlight amenities. He is also a member of the Society of Light and Lighting.
