Over the last decade, he has successfully led the Manchester office of GIA, demonstrating a keen ability to manage complex projects and foster growth. Now, as GIA’s Chief Executive Officer, Sam is spearheading a growth strategy across the UK and Ireland that underscores the company’s multidisciplinary services and commitment to digital innovation.
Under Sam’s leadership, GIA has been at the forefront of urban development, with notable contributions to key UK cities. His expertise has been instrumental in shaping the Great Jackson Street Masterplan and Northern Gateway in Manchester, Cardiff’s Curran Embankment, and Aire Park in Leeds.
