Joe is a highly experienced chartered building surveyor. With extensive experience in London and Manchester, Joe joined GIA in 2016 and leads the Building Surveying team. He specialises in a wide range of services including Due Diligence / Acquisition Surveys, Dilapidations (Landlord & Tenant), Contract Administration, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, and Planned Maintenance Reports. Notable projects include Lord Street, Liverpool, Olympic Park in Ellesmere Port, and nationwide retail surveys for Specsavers.
