Brónágh is an experience surveyor and team leader within GIA. Her focus is on advising on Daylight & Sunlight through the Planning process and Rights of Light as a private legal matter. Brónagh has a BSc in Environmental Planning and an MSc in Urban & Rural Design. She is an active member of Women in Property and Freehold and regularly attends key events with members and colleagues.

With more than 10 years’ experience, Brónágh has provided strategic advice to the private and public Sectors on hundreds of projects, both in the UK and overseas. Notable projects include Bishopsgate Goodsyard, Ruskin Square, The Hoxton (Southwark), Maddison Tower and 225 Marsh Wall.
