A Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA)-led development aiming to successfully reactivate High Road Wembley Town Centre, while delivering a strong ground floor commercial offering that generates high footfall and creates new employment opportunities locally.
GIA provided the wind microclimate advice on this exiciting project of part 13 and part 17 storey towers. Using high resolution Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), GIA co-created a mitigation strategy bespoke to the project and team.
