Located on Bath Road, next to the River Avon, this site is at the southern edge of the Bristol Temple Meads regeneration, close to Bristol’s Centre. The residential-led designs will transform the dilapidated former Esso filling station site to provide much needed housing. GIA was involved in the Rights of Light strategy and negotiations throughout the project.
The development will deliver 152 new homes across three linked blocks of 3, 15 and 7 storeys. The accommodation is made up of 1,2, and 3-bedroom apartments. A minimum of 30% of the apartments will be affordable, split between shared ownership and affordable rented units.
