Meadowside, Manchester

Meadowside is Far East Consortium’s £235m residential development located in Manchester city centre which forms part of Manchester’s £800m N.O.M.A regeneration scheme. The development is located next to St Michael’s Flags & Angel Meadow Park and provides 756 homes across four buildings of between 12 and 40 storeys in height.

GIA established and implemented a rights of light strategy, working closely with FEC’s legal team, and proactively managed rights of light issues around the site. In addition, GIA provided daylight, sunlight and overshadowing advice to support the successful planning application.
