Over the past decade, GIA has worked on this significant project to transform the former St John’s Wood Barracks into a prestigious residential development. Initially, we provided guidance on boundary and third-party obligations to ensure the project achieves its full potential while minimising risk.

Construction is now underway, and we are working closely with the client to secure more than 100 Party Wall Awards as well as negotiating Access licenses. We are also actively engaging with local residents to minimise any disruption during construction. Our objective is to successfully deliver the project on schedule and within budget, while minimising its impact on the surrounding community.
