This complex project included major internal changes and additional massing that will require raising the Party Wall. This project has been developed as a direct response to the global pandemic, and GIA has provided advice on how design changes will impact not only the Party Wall Act but also the necessary access licenses for the project.

The construction is now underway, and GIA has successfully obtained the required Awards to ensure that the project stays on schedule. We also managed the access requirements of other projects in nearby buildings to ensure seamless activity on site.
