Services
- Party Wall
- Rights of Light
- Daylight & Sunlight Impacts
40 Leadenhall Street is a unique and impressive tower development in the heart of London. Designed by Make Architects, this project received planning permission in May 2014 and is one of the largest approved developments in the City.
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, construction has been progressing steadily and the building’s distinctive stepped blocks are already shaping the iconic London skyline. The project is on track for completion in Autumn 2023.
Not only will 40 Leadenhall Street provide space for a variety of tenants, but it will also be a focal point for the public, with almost 15% of the site open to visitors. Throughout the journey, GIA has played a crucial role, providing expertise in areas such as daylight, sunlight, rights of light, and party wall considerations from the initial design stages to the construction phase.
