The proposed development known as ‘The Residence’ at 16 Scrabo Street received planning consent in August 2021. GIA provided consultancy to assess the impact on daylight, sunlight, and amenity for neighbouring properties.
This development will consist of 151 apartments and additional facilities such as a management suite, communal space, reception area, and storage for refuse, recycling, and bicycles. It will also include parking spaces and public realm improvements to Scrabo Street, Station Street, and Middlepath Street.
