Pembroke Quarter, Dublin

Pembroke Quarter is an expansive 37.2 acre site situated in Dublin 4, making it one of the largest development sites in the city. It spans from the main Sean Moore Road to the Docks and extends to the shoreline of Dublin Bay. Lafferty Project Managers instructed GIA to provide expertise regarding the analysis of daylight, sunlight, and overshadowing. This analysis is necessary for the planning application process, which will consist of seven phases of residential development.

Each phase of development will require the submission of a strategic housing development (SHD) application. GIA will carefully assess the impact of daylight, sunlight, and overshadowing on neighbouring properties and the overall amenities within the proposed masterplan.
