The Naas Road Masterplan aims to revitalise the area by creating a diverse development across 13 blocks of various heights. GIA was commissioned to assess the impact on daylight, sunlight, and overshadowing for both the proposed masterplan and the neighboring Concorde scheme, supporting the Planning Application submitted to Dublin City Council. O’Flynn Group has received approval from the city planners to build 1,123 apartments, a 148-bedroom hotel, and commercial units at the Southwest Gate site on Naas Road.
