This high profile residential-led development is located at the Owen Street car park site south of Manchester City Centre. The development comprises nearly 1,500 apartments across four towers.
GIA worked closely with the client on this scheme to provide Daylight & Sunlight services leading up to the successful submission of the planning application, including input into the Environmental Impact Assessment. The application was granted in April 2016.
The four-tower scheme, designed by SimpsonHaugh Architects, will see a cluster of buildings of 37, 44, 50 and 66-storeys high. It will be two storeys taller than Manchester’s current tallest building, the Beetham Tower and will transform Manchester’s skyline.
