Circle Square is a thriving community for digital and tech businesses in Manchester’s innovation district. Bruntwood SciTech and Vita Group have collaborated to create a vibrant hub comprising 1,700 homes, 1.2 million square feet of workspace, exciting dining and retail options, and two hotels. All of this is centered around a stunning new city park.
GIA has played a pivotal role in providing strategic daylight, sunlight and overshadowing advice from the project’s inception. The project is now under construction.
