GIA was commissioned by the Land Development Agency to conduct assessments on Daylight, Sunlight & Overshadowing to determine the impact on neighboring properties and overall amenity within the proposed development site by O’Mahony Pike Architects.
The development involves the demolition of certain existing buildings on the site to make way for the construction of 1,259 residential units (including houses and apartments) and 4,350 sqm of non-residential spaces such as retail units, amenities, enterprise spaces, cafe units, a medical facility, and a new childcare facility.
