GIA was commissioned by Falcon Asset Management to conduct assessments on Daylight, Sunlight & Overshadowing, and Wind Microclimate to determine their impact on the surrounding neighbours and overall amenity of the proposed development site by O’Mahony Pike Architects. In January 2023, Fingal County Council approved a large-scale mixed-use development, consisting of 971 residential apartments spread across seven buildings ranging from 1 to 16 storeys. Additional amenities will include a childcare facility and seven commercial units suitable for various purposes such as a shop, offices, gym, cafe, or restaurant.
