Bishopsgate Goodsyard, London

Bishopsgate Goodsyard is is a 4.5 hectare site located off Shoreditch High Street. In 2022, the Mayor of London granted planning consent for The Goodsyard, which will see new homes, retail and leisure, office space and a new park built on the 4.5 hectare site. The masterplan is divided into 10 plots, which will be delivered in stages over the next decade.

GIA advised on Daylight, Sunlight, Overshadowing and Solar Glare for the consented scheme, underpinned by 27 acre Measured Survey of the site and surrounding area. We are continuing to advise through the Reserved Matters Application stages of the detailed plots.
