GIA was appointed by the owner of a development site to undertake a monitoring role and advise on all construction-related aspects of the project. This role included reviewing all development documents and drawings, undertaking checks on the performance of the Developer and their professional team in delivering the agreed package of services and keeping our client informed throughout with detailed bi- weekly development reports.
