90 Long Acre GIA Rights of Light

The site is located on Long Acre within the Covent Garden area of Westminster.  GIA worked closely with the client on this scheme to provide daylight and sunlight services leading up to the successful submission of the planning application. The application was granted in April 2016, which included the demolition of the current office building and redevelopment to provide two new buildings, sitting at ground plus 12 storeys at its highest point. The new development comprises 119 residential units, offices, retail, a publicly accessible courtyard, landscaping and public realm improvements.
