This year, we decided not to create a traditional Christmas or end-of-year campaign. Instead, we wanted to pause and acknowledge something that has mattered far more to us over the past twelve months: the difference we can make when we keep people at the centre of what we do.
Throughout the year, our team has supported a range of charities, industry, and community efforts – raffles, quizzes, volunteering, donation drives, and soon, Christmas Jumper Day. None of this was driven by a marketing plan. It happened because the people here at GIA genuinely want to help others realise their potential, especially those who need a lift the most.
We’re also proud of the impact we make through our day-to-day work – partnering with design teams to help bring homes to life, offering our expertise pro bono when it can help, and contributing to projects that aim to create better places for people to live.
So while we may not have a festive campaign to unveil, we do have something more meaningful: a year spent supporting our communities, standing alongside our partners, and working towards a future where more people have the opportunity – and the homes – they deserve.
