GIA Wins Plate at Inaugural Built World Cup

We are delighted to have claimed the Plate at the first-ever Built World Cup which took place on Friday 25 April, overcoming fierce competition and sealing our win in a thrilling final against StuRents.

A huge congratulations also goes to PRP, who were crowned overall Built World Cup champions and taking home the coveted golden pineapple – a nod to the famed Pineapple awards.

Native Land were victorious in the Vase final, snatching a win from tournament hosts ING Media to complete the trio of trophies.

The event, launched by The Developer and ING Media, brought together 20 teams from across the property, architecture, construction and consultancy sectors to raise money for RE:Ukraine. With each team donating £500 and support from generous backers, the tournament raised over £10,000 to fund rehabilitation spaces in Vorzel, Ukraine – a vital step in rebuilding local communities.

The Built World Cup delivered high spirits, community energy, and an impressive impact for a meaningful cause.
