Neighbours’ interests were paramount in the development of this Grade II listed building

Westminster Fire Station GIA Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters

This project involved the redevelopment of a Grade II listed fire station building into a mixed-use development comprising of residential and restaurant premises.

The site was surrounded by numerous properties containing multiple leaseholders, with whom GIA obtained and secured Party Wall Awards for the various phases of the development.

Further to this, GIA also negotiated and agreed access licences with a number of neighbouring interests for scaffold oversail required to facilitate the works.
