GIA were again instrumental in the gaining of planning consent with much public representation and an emphasis on Daylight and Sunlight impacts for the development and the local area.
The project received a judicial review challenge and GIA were called upon as an Expert Witness. GIA successfully assisted in agreeing the releases of Rights of Light with the relevant neighbours.
Construction on site is nearing completion and GIA have continued to advise working with developers and neighbouring properties. Our Party Wall department were also an instrumental part of the team providing consultancy across neighbourly matters.
