GIA acted as lead consultant, overseeing appointments of a sub-consultant team including M&E and structural specialists, which led to the provision of an elemental report documenting a 10-year planned maintenance expenditure programme. 

The advice provided was key to the client successfully managing their service charge and management budgets and was prepared in a format to ensure that peaks and troughs in expenditure were minimised. 

The report also allowed for repair and redecoration items to be appropriately prioritised and any health and safety and statutory issues to be addressed.
