190-192 Sloane Street GIA Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters

Following the service of Notice, instructions were received to represent Cadogan Estates in respect of proposed shop fit out works at 190-192 Sloane Street. 

As part of the Party Wall agreement process GIA worked to achieve a Party Wall agreement that protected the Adjoining Owner’s interests in relation to potential damage arising from the works, and indeed their tenants’ interests in respect of general noise and vibration disturbance.
